Workshop Fabrication

Our Basra workshop specializes in heavy-wall pipe fabrication, including 16” Schedule 140 spools, from raw material through to finished, inspected spools ready for site installation.

The workshop fabrication flow covers material receiving and dimensional checks, fit-up and tack welding, multi-pass welding with grinding and visual inspection, and flange or spool assembly and preparation — with support extended through to testing, flushing and final installation.

Pre-fabricating complex spool configurations off-site reduces field welding time and improves schedule certainty for our clients.
