ALJAZEEL plans construction activities around each project’s scope, contractual requirements and site conditions. Planning includes reviewing work packages, defining execution sequences, preparing schedules and coordinating manpower, equipment and material requirements. Our approach integrates HSE and quality requirements, site interfaces and key milestones. Progress is monitored against the agreed schedule to identify constraints early and coordinate corrective actions in support of timely execution and handover.
